December Sessions
Our December sessions offer a two-part introduction to Trench Training, focused on building foundational skills and confidence in new linemen. These 1-hour sessions provide a compact preview of our full training experience.
Winter Training Program
Sharpen your skills this off-season with elite O-line training built for every offense. Our sessions focus on stance, punch, footwork, and safe, proven techniques that help linemen improve, compete, and gain confidence. Athletes will train hard, have fun, and leave better prepared for next season.
College Transition Program
You’ve earned the opportunity — now get ready to dominate. Next Level Ready is a high-intensity training program built for graduating offensive linemen headed to college. Through advanced classroom sessions and on-field reps, you’ll learn to recognize fronts, master schemes, and execute like a college starter before you even step on campus.

Winter Training Program
Our Winter Training Program provides elite instruction designed to enhance offensive line play in any offense that is presently run at your local schools. Trench Training will focus on your stance, punch, steps and other safe techniques that are proven to help athletes become better, safer players in a fun environment.
These training sessions will also be a challenging workout. We will help the athlete learn how to work hard and use proper technique that will help them continue to improve over the off-season so they are better prepared for the upcoming season. Players must bring their own water bottle.
